From the kitchen of Christy
2 Flour Tortilla, 2 Eggs, Montery Jack Cheese, Cheddar Cheese, Butter, Bacon, Onions, Green Peppers, Salt, Pepper, Guacamole
Cook Bacon and then crumble, set aside. Cook eggs. Add everything together and put between a tortilla folded in half like a huge flat taco. Warm over medium heat until crunchy. Top with Guacamole Makes two.
